THE
MOST IMPORTANT COMMENTARIES & EVIDENCE
****The
Controversial SMOKING GUN Letter - Nov. 14, Jeff
Fisher for Congress Website, WE BELIEVE WE HAVE THE SMOKING GUN OF THIS VOTER
FRAUD
SCANDAL AND IT ALL POINTS BACK TO FLORIDA 2000 AND NOW 2004 .
WE KNOW WHO DID IT, HOW THEY DID IT AND
WHERE IT WAS STARTED FROM.
Jeff has specific evidence of a widespread vote fraud perpetrated through a
Juvenile Detention / Rehab facility called Bay Point Schools In South Miami,
with connections to Mel Sembler and possibly Joe Klock, attorney to Katherine Harris.
These connections lead directly to Jeb Bush and of course the White House. By
using Juvenile Detention & Drug Rehab facilities and under the guise of criminal
computer retraining, we believe Sembler has financed a well tested vote fraud
scheme to assure his cronies Jeb & George Bush, among others, guaranteed
elections.
Specific evidence includes copies of internal memo's and emails as well as
testimony of the MIS Director of one Florida facility where much of the hacking
was
perpetrated. The work was replicated and limited to one location to avoid easy
detection.
By internally tampering with Diebold Optical Scanners as well as Diebold
Electronic E voting machines, the hacking, (done from remote locations under
the control
of Mel Stembler's facilities) , votes were altered, switched ,
deleted or destroyed in numerous Florida, Ohio and New Mexico counties and then
switched
from John Kerry to George Bush.
It is very likely that other races have been effected as well such as Georgia,
Nevada, North Carolina , etc.
WHERE POLL DIVERGENCES WERE NOTED IN RECENT POST ELECTION STUDIES.

to Hack the Vote: the Short Version - Nov. 17, Detailed article by a
professional Computer Expert, includes graphs and actual instructions
**Let's Get Real
- Nov. 16, Bush & company’s theft of the election was a crime so obvious that it
requires more effort to deny than to affirm.
To let ourselves believe that the “election” was legitimate because this claim
or that has been disproved (apparently) is to not honor reason. On the contrary,
a veritable sea of evidence, statistical as well as anecdotal and
circumstantial, supports the claim that Bush, again, was not elected by the
people.
To nod agreement that this was indeed an honest win is to forget how Bush was
shoehorned into office in the first place; to ignore the ease with which
electronic
totals can be changed without a trace; to suppress the fact that Diebold,
Sequoia and ES&S—the major manufacturers of touch screen voting machines and
central
tabulators—are owned and run by Bush Republicans, who have made no secret of
their partisan intentions; to deny the value of the exit polls, which turn out
to
have been “mistaken” only in the swing states; to downplay the weird inflation
of the Bush vote in county after county, where the number of votes for president
was somehow higher than the number of voters who turned out; to ignore the bald
chicanery of the Bush supporters who ran the central polling station in Ohio’s
Warren County and forced out the press and poll monitors so they could count the
vote in secret; to forget the numerous accounts of vote fraud coast to coast
throughout the prior weeks of early voting; to overlook the fact that every
single “glitch” or “error” that has been reported favors Bush; to ignore the
countless
instances of ballots—absentee, provisional—thrown away or left uncounted; to
forget that the civilian vote abroad (some four million Americans) was being
mishandled by the Pentagon (which had somehow become responsible for doing the
State Department’s job); and to ignore the many dirty tricks reported—the
polling places quickly relocated at the last minute, the fake voter-registration
drives, the thousands of Americans who found themselves not on the rolls, the
police road-blocks, the bullying pro-Bush poll workers, the machines that kept
translating votes for Kerry into votes for Bush. And so on.
**Was It Hacked?
- Nov. 18, Good overview of the situation, what has led up to this, in Orlando
Weekly, Message Board
Despite mainstream media attempts to kill the story, talk radio and the Internet
are abuzz with suggestions that John Kerry was elected president on Nov. 2 –
but Republican election officials made it difficult for millions of Democrats to
vote while employees of four secretive, GOP-bankrolled corporations rigged
electronic voting machines and then hacked central tabulating computers to steal
the election for George W. Bush.
The Bush administration's "fix" of the 2000 election debacle (the Help America
Vote Act) made crooked elections considerably easier, by foisting paperless
electronic voting on states before the bugs had been worked out or meaningful
safeguards could be installed.
Crying foul this time around isn't just the province of whiny Democrats.
Consider that The Wall Street Journal recently revealed that "Verified Voting, a
group
formed by a Stanford University professor to assess electronic voting, has
collected 31,000 reports of election fraud and other problems."

What Happened in Ohio - Jan. 10 by William Raspberry
Well, I don't want to overturn the election, either. But I would like to know if
public officials and private citizens engaged in a significant and concerted
effort
to steal the election in the event the wrong person seemed to be winning it. And
if so, I'd like to know who the miscreants were, what they did and what heads
are going to roll.
Because if all we get are a few hearings and empty promises, it's a safe bet
it'll happen again.

Even as Bush prepares for his inauguration, Sheri Myers said she will galvanize

"Nobody's giving up," she said. "Thousands of people are gonna come to

The Washington
Generals - Jan. 7 Commentary by Bryan Zepp Jamieson
The Democrats know the GOP stole the 2000 election, and they seem to have
concluded that if they just agreed to GOP demands to eliminate the paper trail,
the GOP wouldn't steal the 2004 election. Idiots.
After a long and determined effort to get one senator, just one, to object to
the certification of the electoral college vote based on the wide spread
failures and
irregularities in the Ohio vote, a total of one – count ‘em, one – Democrat did
so. Credit where credit is due: Barbara Boxer has more courage than the rest of
the
Democrats in the Senate combined, and more character than the whole sorry lot in
the Senate, even if you don’t bring down the curve by counting Dick Cheney.
---------------------------------------------------
We have apparently moved on to the point where the "Will of the People can fall
asleep and into corruption, crime, torture and downright evil."
I don’t know about the "Will of the People" but the Democratic Party sure has
slid into the role of Pancho Sanchez with nary a wince. One hundred thousand
dead in Iraq, including nearly a thousand US troops (at the time), and the
Democrats KNOW that Putsch lied about why we went to Iraq, lied about why we’re
still there, and is lying about just about everything else under the sun. The
man is a pathological liar, supported by a cold and vicious pack of neo-fascists
who
are contemptuous of Democracy, America, and Americans.
--------------------------------------------------
Does anyone believe for one instant that this widely despised clown really won
the election fair and square just two months ago? Sure, the economy has the
blind staggers, Putsch is promoting economic policies designed to cheat working
people, and Iraq is a hideous mess. But that was all true back on the day of
the election. Nothing has changed.
-------------------------------------------------
In the meantime, unless there is major reform of the election process, including
adoption of the Oregon plan and Clean Campaign reform, don’t expect me to
discuss the coming campaigns. I won’t cover them for the same reason I don’t
cover pro wrestling matches. It’s why bookies didn’t accept bets on how the
Soviet
elections would go. American elections will be as much a sham and a farce as the
Iraqi elections that Putsch is promoting in the face of all reason and sanity.

While
Republicans had carefully organized their canned, pre-written oratories to
coincide with anticipated claims from progressives that George W. Bush had
stolen the
November presidential election, and/or had personally masterminded a nationwide
electronic-fraud conspiracy to siphon votes from his more articulate and
intelligent Democratic rival, in the final accounting only one or two Democrats
alleged that election fraud had occurred on November 2nd, 2004, and that John F.

letter to Congress re Presidential Electoral Challenge - Jan. 6 on Columbus,
Ohio Free Press
Today, you are being asked to certify the reported votes of the Electoral
College even though the status of the Ohio electors is still the subject of the
meritorious
election contest. You are being asked to do so on the basis of one or more of
the following three fallacies:
1) The faith-based neocon fallacy that vote counts do not have to be
independently verified.
2) The fallacy that Karl Rove is a nice guy/clean campaigner, and those who
suspect otherwise with respect to this election which Bush was expected to lose,
are conspiracy theorists.
3) The rule of power fallacy which exempts those in power from the rule of law
and the rules of evidence.
A consortium of news organizations took the initiative to count all the Florida
votes after the inauguration of George W. Bush. Thus, history now records the
fact
that Albert Gore actually won the Florida popular vote had all votes been
properly counted.
Based upon the evidence, uncontroverted by any sworn testimony whatsoever, if
the Ohio litigation challenging the Ohio presidential vote is allowed to
proceed,
it will promptly establish as a matter of fact that John Kerry won Ohio and
Presidency.

. Voting machines with secret software owned by private, partisan companies

transparent elections
. Uncounted and provisional ballots negatively and disproportionately affected

--------------------------------------------------
There is clear and compelling evidence that the election was stolen. By
examining a very wide range of sworn testimonies from voters, polling officials
and others
close to the administration of the Nov. 2 election; by statistical analysis of
the certified vote by mathematicians, election experts and independent research
teams
who have conducted detailed studies of the results in Ohio, Florida,
Pennsylvania, and elsewhere; from experts who studied the voting machines,
tabulators and
other electronic equipment on which a fair vote count has depended; and from a
team of attorneys and others who have challenged the Ohio results; the
freepress.org investigative team has compiled a portrait of an election whose
true outcome must be investigated further by the Congress, the media and all
Americans -- because it was almost certainly not an honest victory for George W.
Bush.
Crucial flaws in the national vote count, most importantly in the national
popular vote, and in Ohio and Florida indicate John Kerry was the actual winner
on
November 2, as reported in national exit polls. At the very least, the
widespread tampering with how the election was conducted, and how Ohio's votes
were
counted and re-counted, has compromised this nation's historic commitment to
free and fair elections.
The Crime of
November 2: How Bush stole Ohio (Part 2 of 2) - Jan. 5 on Columbus Free
Press web site, by Fritakis, Rosenfeld, and Wasserman
( The article also lists the 45 most disturbing Election Day Problems )
A far-ranging catalog of 2004 election abuses has been published over the months
at www.freepress.org, and is available for reference there and at other web
sites. It's a deeply disturbing indicator of a declining democracy that precious
few mainstream media have covered even the fact that there is controversy over
this election, let alone the substance of the record that defines it as perhaps
the most corrupt in our history.
In breaking news, the freepress.org team now has in its possession an official
Franklin County Board of Election document entitled "Machine Assignments for
General Election 2004" showing the serial numbers of 76 machines, all in
Democrat-rich Columbus, that were blacked out and kept in the warehouse or on
trucks
during the election, while thousands of inner city voters stood in the rain.
Conversely, none of the machines designated for Republican-dominated suburbs
were
blacked out on the list and held back.
In our previous piece, we presented what we found to be ten of the largest
vote-counting irregularities in the conduct of Ohio's election. Embodied in
those ten
irregularities are more than enough votes to have shifted the Ohio tally from
George W. Bush to John Kerry.

Dialing In For
Democracy - Now Is Critical - Jan. 3 by Thom Hartmann
In nearly every case now documented, producing odds not of 50:50 but, according
to credible statisticians, sometimes rising to 1:250,000,000, "irregularities"
seem always to favor George W. Bush or other Republican candidates. These
include:
machine errors
misplaced machines
unmailed absentee ballots
certification of more votes than registered voters in some areas, and
dramatically low voter turnouts in other areas
modem-connected voting machines and tabulators
different standards for provisional ballot recounts in different areas
phony companies registering voters and then tearing up the registrations of
people who checked one party but not the other
voting machines defaulting to a particular candidate or 'jumping' by recording a
vote for one candidate when another's button was pushed
exit polls not corresponding with reported votes
voting elections officials creating what look like phony election machine poll
tapes and tossing original, signed tabulations in the garbage.
-------------------------------------------------------------
George W. Bush was made President of the United States in 2000 by fraud, and
apparently has done it again.
And now, in 2004, we are again visited by a Stalinesque fusion of cronies
funding and controlling the election apparatus, national media intimidated into
silence,
and a populace so preoccupied with daily survival concerns - and uneasy about
being identified as "troublemakers" by a new, highly centralized state security
apparatus - that they don't have the means or time to react.
Yet react we must.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Electors have already met in the various states to vote, but that vote will not
be opened until Thursday, January 6th. If Conyers' protest is matched by the
protest
of at least one single senator, then the House and Senate retire to their
respective chambers for a maximum of two hours to debate the legitimacy of the
Ohio
(and, possibly, other) electoral slates. After two hours, with a maximum of 5
minutes for any member to speak, a vote is taken. If both the House and the
Senate
vote by majority to sustain the challenge, then the presidential vote goes to
the House of Representatives, where each state has a single vote.
Perhaps the most important step you can take today is to call your two senators
at 1-202-224-3121 or 1-800-839-5276 and ask them to join Conyers in his protest
of the Ohio electors.
Make your call now. It's one of the last ways we can still reach our elected
representatives without a Republican corporation in the middle.

There is a substantial discrepancy—well outside the margin of error and outcome
determinative— between the national exit poll and the popular vote count.
The possible causes of the discrepancy would be random error, a skewed exit
poll, or breakdown in the fairness of the voting process and accuracy of the
vote count.
Analysis shows that the discrepancy cannot reasonably be accounted for by chance
or random error.
Evidence does not support hypotheses that the discrepancy was produced by
problems with the exit poll.
Widespread breakdown in the fairness of the voting process and accuracy of the
vote count are the most likely explanations for the discrepancy.
In an accurate count of a free and fair election, the strong likelihood is that
Kerry would have been the winner of the popular vote.

A Media Blackout: Media Whites Out Voter Fraud - Jan. 3 post on Int. Labor
Communications Assn.
Well Documented Fraud and Areas for Further Investigation:
1. The manufacturers of voting machines who have made them easy to hack and
impossible to verify by a meaningful recount, as well as making clear their
loyalty to Bush.
2. The U.S. Congress and President, who have failed to make obvious corrections
to our election system following the 2000 election, including requiring paper
trails and non-partisan officials.
3. The television networks that have refused to release the exit poll data and
refused to cover the story, all companies with a clear - and in several cases,
clearly
stated - interest in having Bush, rather than Kerry, control the FCC.
4. Bush-Cheney Ohio Campaign Co-Chair / Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth
Blackwell, whose undisputed public actions before, during, and since the
election have
served to disenfranchise thousands of citizens.
5. A group of Republicans, claiming to be from Texas, who made illegal calls in
Ohio to scare off potential voters. (This, I think, offers a fun, human interest
story
should an editor be in search of one).
6. Ohio judges who have refused to require that evidence be preserved and have
refused to admit challenges to the election, including a judge whose own
election
could be affected but who refused to recuse himself.
7. Election workers in various counties, hired by Blackwell, who failed to open
polling places on time, failed to equitably distribute machines and workers,
directed
voters to the wrong lines, resulting in the elimination of their votes, wrongly
required identification, wrongly denied voters provisional ballots, shut
observers out on
grounds of "homeland security," failed to randomly select precincts for the
recount, etc.
8. Activists who sought to intimidate voters outside of polls or distributed
flyers sending people to the wrong polling place or telling them the election
was on the
wrong day.
9. Triad, a company that has admitted it tried to rig the Ohio recount.
Ten
preliminary reasons why the Bush vote does not compute, and why Congress must
investigate rather than certify the Electoral College (Part 1 of 2)
Jan. 3
Crucial flaws in the national vote count, most importantly in Ohio, New Mexico
and Florida, indicate John Kerry was most likely the actual winner on November
2,
as reported in national exit polls. At very least, the widespread tampering with
how the election was conducted, and how Ohio's votes were counted and
re-counted, has compromised this nation's historic commitment to free and fair
elections.
Conyers to
object to Ohio vote count, certification - Jan. 4
Jesse Jackson charged that some voting machines in Ohio were mysteriously
changing votes from Kerry to Bush.
--------------------------------------
Jackson called the voting irregularities and voter suppression in the 2004
presidential election a "well-planned and thought-out scheme" by Republicans.
"The integrity of our democracy is at stake," Jackson said.
Footprints of Electoral Fraud: Early Numbers - Jan. 2 post on DU
But how do we know the fix was in? Because the exit poll data also included the
total number of respondents. At 9:00 p.m. EST, this number was well over 13,000;
by 1:36 a.m. EST on November 3 it had risen by less than 3 percent, to a final
total of 13, 531 respondents—but with a corresponding swing of 5 percent from
Kerry
to Bush in voters’ reports of their choices. Given the increase in respondents,
a swing of this size is a mathematical impossibility.
The same pattern is evident in the exit polls of two key swing states, Ohio and
Florida.
Politicians protest certifying of vote - Jan. 3
With Congress set to certify the presidential vote this week, U.S. Rep.
Stephanie Tubbs Jones and the Rev. Jesse Jackson tried Sunday to keep Ohio's
election
in the spotlight.
Tubbs Jones, who campaigned side-by-side with Democrat John Kerry in Ohio, said
she plans to protest the certification and ask members of the Senate -
particularly Kerry - to do the same, forcing a debate of the issue.
Report on the Sunday Jesse Jackson News Conference on the Theft of the 2004
Election - Jan. 2 on Wesley Clark Website
He described the November 2, 2004 election as a "train wreck of the Underground
Railroad", with even more irregularities in Ohio this time than in Florida 2000.
He said over 30,000 names have been removed from the voter rolls. Blackwell, as
chair of B/C in Ohio is the Katherine Harris of 2004. He wants us all to email
or
call our senators now, before this Thursday, starting with John Kerry! He listed
Sen. Clinton, Sen. Boxer and Sen. Reid as well. He is demanding a thorough
investigation of the machinery and wondered aloud how we, as a society, could
have possibly allowed our voting machines to be from highly partisan
companies like Diebold, ES&S and Triad.

1) 59% of the 17% who did NOT vote in 2000 but who did in 2004 voted for Kerry.
Just 39% for Bush.
2) 65% of those who did NOT vote for Bush or Gore in 2000 voted for Kerry. Just
13% for Bush and 16% for Nader.
3) 91% of those who voted for Gore, voted for Kerry.
4) 90% of those who voted for Bush in 2000, voted for Bush in 2004.

Bush Asks Judge to Toss Ohio Election Suit - Jan. 3
President Bush's re-election campaign asked the chief justice of the Ohio
Supreme Court on Monday to throw out a challenge of the election

late night conspiracy-theory movie."
Most Florida provisional votes rejected - Jan. 3
Two-thirds of all provisional ballots submitted in the general election were
rejected, according to a Tallahassee Democrat analysis of reports provided by
the
state's 67 county supervisors of elections. Most ballots were thrown out because
the voter was not registered in that county.
More than 11 percent of the ballots were tossed aside because the voter was in
the wrong precinct.
Ohio Recount
Highlights Continuing Vote Trouble - Jan. 2
While the long recount in Ohio did not change Bush's victory there, it did shine
a spotlight once again on the troubled presidential elective process. As a
result
of problems uncovered in Ohio, Congress and the states must face the reality
that reforms enacted in the wake of the 2000 fiasco in Florida have fallen far
short
of completing the job.
Irregularities reported Nov. 2 in Ohio and many other states - including
Florida, which supposedly cleaned up its act after the 2000 election - cry out
for further
nationwide reforms, critics say. Congress did not go nearly far enough in 2002
in writing the Help America Vote Act and voting $3.8 billion for states to
upgrade
their machines and processes, they add.

2004 U.S. Election Stolen -
Jan. 2 by Diana Lee
Republicans and the mainstream media blamed the concoction of voter fraud theory
on conspiracy nuts, bloggers or just Democratic supporters of Kerry.
Actually, the citizens that are fueling the spread of a stolen election are
teachers, doctors, lawyers, and ordinary people who care about democracy enough
to scrutinize every complaint, error, and discrepancy. Like Cobb and Badnarik,
many Americans feel that the issue is no longer just establishing John Kerry
as the rightful winner, but that their democracy is at stake. If Americans can't
have a fair and just presidential election, how can they dare preach democracy
to other countries in the world?

Did We
Bounce An Election in New Mexico? - Jan. 1
Had the New Mexico Secretary of State chosen to spend a little more time on
undervote issues she might have noticed the curious fact that 85% of these
apathetic
voters chose to express their lack of concern on electronic voting machines -
the ones without a paper trail. She also might have noticed that the undervote
rate is
roughly the same in the congressional and judicial races on the ballot,
suggesting the possibility that entire ballots may have been blank rather than
just the
presidential selections. How do we know these machines did not lose entire
ballots, as paperless voting machines have been shown to do in other elections?

Re-Vote Ohio - January 1, 2005
The issue facing us now, however, is not the election of Bush, Kerry, or even
the Green or Libertarian presidential candidates. The issue is that we do not
know
who won Ohio.
And as the people of the Ukraine have shown us, a re-vote is possible.
Indeed, there are 48 million voters in the Ukraine and only 5.5 million in Ohio,
so the process would be ten times easier.
How Could a Fair Re-Vote Take Place?
If the voting processes are so fundamentally flawed, you ask, how could we trust
a new re-vote?
Simple. A paper ballot can be easily produced with the names of the presidential
candidates on it.
Every voter will hand in one piece of paper with a check mark next to one
candidate’s name, and another piece of paper with his or her name, address, and
other necessary voter registration information.
These two piles will be kept in case a recount is needed.
Vote-by-Mail: The Real Winner is Democracy - January 1, 2005 ( HERE IS
EVIDENCE THAT VOTING WITH PAPER BALLOTS IS THE MOST TAMPER-PROOF )
Vote-by-mail provides an automatic paper trail. Every vote-by-mail ballot is
read by reliable optical scan machines, and the paper is available should a hand
recount become necessary. Mailed ballots are not forwarded by the post office,
and the constant updating of voter rolls provided by returned ballots allows
Oregon to have accurate and updated voter rolls without the risk of partisan
purges.
Pollsters, Media
Implicated in Vote Fraud - January 1, 2005
“As the story develops,” Gary Beckwith, an Internet journalist with The Solar
Bus, wrote, “no one has been able to explain why the media is avoiding it
like the plague.”
Conyers investigation, however, has revealed why Americans are not hearing about
vote fraud and the problems with exit polling data on the nightly news:
the big news networks are deeply involved.
Immediately after the election, American Free Press reported that the Associated
Press had direct access to the mainframe computer that tallied the votes in
Chicago and Cook County-as it tallied the votes on Election Day. This provides
evidence that the mainstream media consortium that replaced the disgraced
Voter News Service (VNS) has remote access to the machines that count the votes.

John Kerry really won the election
- Dec. 30 Interview with Jesse Jackson by Newsweek magazine
Q. - So you think Blackwell stole the election for Bush?
It was under his domain to have enough
machines; the machine calibration, tabulation issue. You could rig the machines.
We have reason to believe
it was rigged.
Q. - What is your evidence?
Based on distrusting the system, lack of
paper trails, the anomaly of the exit polls. In Ukraine, there’s an exit poll
gap, they say, "Let’s have another election."
Q. - If the election were held again with these alleged problems solved, would
Kerry win?
Of course I think that. If we deal with
the anomalies, a fair random count, the urban-suppressed vote, Kerry would get
at least 60,000 more votes. At least!
I believe that. I don’t know that.
Q. - Is it possible that election will be overturned?
I don’t know. All we want is a fair
count and a transparent election. We can live with the result. We’re fighting
the odds but we will not faint in the face of the odds.

Faking democracy: American's don't vote, machines do, & ballot printers can't
fix that - April 7, 2004 by Lynn Landes on OnlineJournal.com
Machines will produce 99.4 percent of
the election results for the upcoming 2004 presidential election. With all the
hoopla over voting machine "glitches,"
porous software, leaked memos, and the creepy corporations that sell and service
these contraptions, and with all the controversy that surrounds campaign
financing, voter registration, redistricting issues, and the general
privatization of the election process, we are missing the boat on the biggest
crisis facing
our democracy.
Americans aren't really voting. Machines
are. Call it faking democracy.
And no one seems to be challenging it.
Damn these Hackers! - Dec. 24 post on DU Message Board, With map of Ohio
showing which electronic voting machines were used, by county
If that Map is correct and the central tabulators are only in three counties,
then there is a good chance any recount hope lay in a full hand recount.
Per signed affidavit at
http://www.truthout.org/docs_04/121604Z.shtml
the Tabulation software has been
compromised.
This makes it impossible for a 3% sample
recount to determine if the tabulation software was operating correctly at the
time of the original counting. In addition
the new software possibly added could be programmed to count accurately for the
first 3-5% of the vote totals and then still feed you what ever numbers the
programmers want after 50% or 75% or 100% have been counted. That's just the way
it is. You know this technology at least as well as I do People. Hard drives
are so small. I could fit one in my pocket just as easy as you can. I could swap
one out with a simple screw driver just as easily as you. If I installed a
wireless
card to my computer OR YOURS there is a good chance I can control the system
without your knowledge. Or any one for that matter. Wouldn't even have to be in
the building.
Just the fact that he had the
opportunity to remove possible evidence from the central tabulator is a gaping
security hole. A lot of computers can be networked
and controlled with a device that can fit in the palm of your hand and can be
installed with out the use of a screw driver. wake up and fight these Hackers.

about the 2004 Stolen US Elections
On November 2, 2004 President Bush defied both public opinion and history to
"win" the election 51 - 48.
How was this done? Simple...
Vote suppression/voter intimidation and
deception. Shortages of voting locations and ballot forms. Foreign monitors
barred from polls. Unmatched exit
polls/actual results - actual results always skewed to Republicans. Masses of
e-Voting "glitches". Computers lost votes. Presidential votes miscast on
e-Voting
machines throughout the US. More recorded votes than voters. Republicans gained
128.45% in Florida counties using optical scan voting machines while
Democrats lost 21% - some districts showed gains of over 400% while one, Liberty
County, gained over 700% for Republicans. Warren County officials locked
down the county administration building on election night and blocked anyone
from observing the vote count as the nation awaited Ohio's returns. Bush had
'incredible' vote tallies. 7% turnout reported in Cleveland precinct. In
Cuyahoga County different towns had the exact same number of "extra" votes. Etc.
etc.

Sean Sabitini, Sums it all up clearly, State-by-state and overall issues
What does it all mean? It means that Kerry conceded too soon. These figures by
themselves may prove nothing, but they raise a tremendous red flag.
And now analysts are identifying voting patterns in Florida that border on the
impossible.
-------------------------------------------
What needs to be done? First, we need to
shake off the notion that widespread voter fraud could never happen in America.
Computer hacking may be a
relatively new phenomenon, but crooked elections are not. And corruption is as
old as politics. Then, we have to discover the truth.
-------------------------------------------
The fight goes on, because this is not
just about just about who wins today. It’s about ensuring the integrity of the
American electoral system. Republicans will blame
it all on conspiracy nuts and sore losers, but it doesn’t matter. In the digital
age, we have to make e-voting secure and honest, or we can kiss democracy
goodbye.

What Are
They Hiding??? TV Networks Officially Refuse to Release Exit Poll Raw Data;
Mainstream media finally displays true colors - Dec. 27
The truth is, it's not just conspiracy
nuts, or bloggers, or even just Democratic supporters of Kerry. It's a growing
number of people who want to know what really
happened on November 2nd. It's teachers, doctors, lawyers, all kinds of people
who care about their Democracy just as much as the people in Ukraine do. And
a recent survey showed that even without the media coverage, 20% of Americans
believe the election was stolen.
------------------------------------------------------
It's hard to believe that the media would cover up something like this,
considering that many reporters probably voted for Kerry and would want the
people to
know if the election was stolen.
-----------------------------------------------------
The media is supposed to report the facts, whatever they are, not withhold them.
When the media stops reporting and starts withholding, it ceases to be the
media.

attorney questions.

The Green Party says that 86 of the 88
counties violated Ohio voting law and pre-selected what were to be randomly
chosen precincts for hand recounts.
It claims that only one county (Coshocton) ran a full hand recount of all of its
votes, and, oopsie, its certified total number of votes rose from 16,000 on
election
night, to 17,000 after the recount (evenly split, we might add, between Bush and
Kerry, but indicating 6% of all votes disappeared).

The Republican
Leadership's Problem With Democracy - Dec. 26, Commentary by Steven
Crockett, Co-Host of Democratic Talk Radio
In the last two Presidential elections,
Republican Secretaries of State in key swing states (Florida in 2000 and Ohio,
Florida, etc. in 2004) have seemingly manipulated
voting rolls and regulations before Election Day. They seemed to have sabotaged
legal vote recounts after Election Day in the 2000 Florida and 2004 Ohio races.
In
those two situations, the Republican Secretaries of State were serving as Bush
statewide campaign officials while they were seemingly twisting voting
regulations to
benefit Republicans seeking office.
-------------------------------------------------------
Many of these Republican leaders have
used Republican dominance of our federal courts to keep legally cast votes from
being counted. Republican dominance
of all branches of the federal government has kept investigations into vote
fraud from being undertaken in most cases and carefully controlled in many
others.
The powerful alliance of our largest
media corporations with Bush Republicanism has stifled awareness of the vote
fraud issue for most casually informed Americans. Republican buzz words like
“conspiracy theory” have routinely been substituted for real investigative
journalism. Non-fact based criticism of exit polling has been
substituted for real mathematically based analysis of fishy vote totals. The
media has been harping on the fictional “Bush mandate” and “morality voting”
when real journalism would be examining the serious threat to American Democracy
in vote fraud and not having legal votes counted.
Another third
rate burglary - Dec. 25 from FreePress.org
It was, and still is, my professional
opinion that the election in Lucas County was rigged. I speculated that someone
may have gained access to the central
counting devices for the optical scanners without anybody at the precinct level
knowing about it. The vote totals for candidates could be altered in this
manner.
-----------------------------------------------
I have no way of knowing if the burglary
at the Democratic headquarters was directly connected to voter suppression
activities. But I cannot imagine another motive.
Senator Diane
Feinstein will propose end of Electoral College - Dec. 26, Sen. Dianne

Hacking the
vote in Miami County - Dec. 25 by Richard Hates Phillips, PhD.
Moreover, as has been widely reported, even with the addition of 18,615 new
votes, Bush's percentage was almost unchanged (65.80% to 65.77%), and Kerry's
percentage was exactly the same (33.92%). This led some observers to believe
that the optical scanner had been programmed to come out that way, to provide
the desired 16,000-vote plurality.
Kerry votes

Pre-punched ballots; touch-screen vote switching; more absentee votes than

Kerry Preparing Grounds to Unconcede
- Dec. 24, Election Challenge likely on January 6th, "If you haven't been
following
John Kerry closely, get ready to hear of surprising developments. The
vote-defrauded, potential president-in-waiting has
just indicated through his lawyer that the validity of George Bush's reelection
is no longer a given."
If the recount was fraudulent, does that
have implications for the validity of the first count in Ohio? The Kerry
campaign
knows full well that it does. That's why their latest statement questions the
"integrity" of the "entire" electoral process.
And the election of Bush/Cheney.
For Kerry, a fraudulent recount in Ohio
could be an open door into to the Oval Office. Already, John Conyers is
confident
that a few U.S. Senators will join House members on January 6 to question the
November 2 election.
If the Ohio recount is shown fraudulent,
the domino effect could carry him (Kerry) through that door without claiming
victory or even unconceding.

Nationwide abusive tactics of voter
suppression, voter intimidation and vote manipulation have stained our democracy
by victimizing poor, elderly,
disabled and minority voters on November 2, 2004.
To declare George W. Bush the victor in
the November 2nd election without contesting the election would be a crime.
Technically it may not
be against the law but it would be immoral. A majority of the Senate saying the
election outcome is legitimate will not make it so. There has
been a visceral reaction to the abusive tactics and the vulnerability of our
tabulation system with its code and software shrouded in secrecy.
Abuse and secrecy are not noble goals for a democracy.
I am just an ordinary citizen who has
never before been an activist and I am not alone. There are millions of other
citizens just like me who
refuse to walk away from this issue. We will not stand for a stolen election. We
will not sit down and shut up. We are an intelligent and
technologically literate citizenry who will continue to speak truth to power
even if the Senate decides to certify the election.
